John began his career in the real estate development business working all over the United States, but found his home in Austin, Texas, where, as an agent he sold over 250 homes in 12 months earning close to $700,000.
Then as a broker he owned and operated one of the most successful Century 21 franchises in the country and one of top real estate schools in Texas. He has educated, trained, and mentored thousands in sales and marketing and helped them achieve success in their real estate careers.
John, pioneered “online real estate education” by developing the very first online course ever approved by the State of Texas for new agents.
John’s growth began in 1995 when he opened up a full service real estate office in Austin, Texas with 6 agents. Then in 1998, John increased the number of agents to 39. He copyrighted several real estate courses and opened “About Success Real Estate Academy”, a class room school next to his real estate company.
Eventually the brokerage grew to 150+ agents, with $150,000,000 in sales. John is responsible for developing the “one stop shop” concept for agents. By the year 2000, he added custom home building, a mortgage company to his already extensive resume.
John built his office and his reputation by helping students become agents, and helping agents become successful agents, enjoying lucrative careers. Today, John owns Realty Placement, the largest real estate placement company in Texas.
